The Home Cottage

Known as the ‘postie pub’ being near the post office, this is a family run pub catering for families and is a mixture of regulars and people wanting to eat good food for reasonable prices in a pleasant environment.

The Home Cottage is a large Youngs pub and is a nice place to visit for great beers and great food. The conservatory and the restaurant in the back room are very appealing to punters who regularly come to enjoy the good food on the menu.

The Home Cottage shows major sporting events on tv.

this pub takes a while to get used to but after a few beers its the nicest pub around.

One of my regular haunts for my mid-week social drink with my amigos. Good to catch up on the goss, while consuming vast quantities of Guinness and whisky... always sit in the patio type area; it's like a different pub.
