The Dragon

Council estate pub, full of darts players with tattooed old men although most of the times this is a quiet place. Dinner times sees many office workers sitting in the beer garden.

The pub is under new management and is an improvement from what the pub was. Food available during lunch time periods.

The Dragon has a fair sized beer garden and gives a welcome break on sunny days.

Great pint, great food and friendly bar staff. No Garge music or R&B. Beer Garden... I can't believe anyone that does not understand the bonus of a beer garden - Flesh in the summer!! - Then again, looking at rehillians s'pose you have a point.

Used to live opposite, at Holland Close... back in the day when it was the George and Dragon. I even went to Longmead, now the Adult Education Centre... Aahhh, the memories of drunk old men urinating on my front drive before staggering three houses down the road. You can't buy nostalgia like that, priceless.
