Not the traditional pub it was - fairly swank and showroomy now. More of a restaurant or place to come for a quiet drink! Nice beer garden. Friendly, but not a great deal going on!!!

Nicely refurbished, comfy and cosy. A little quiet as I don't think too many people have rediscovered it yet. Food and service great, maybe slightly higher prices than the other pubs in Reigate, but worth it since no kids under 14 allowed in the pub (they can go in the garden) so great for me now that mine have grown up! Sorry if it causes offence to those of you who still have young children but occasionally it is nice to be able to get away from the kids. However, I do know how frustrating it is when you want to go out with the children and there is nowhere suitable.

On the door was a sign saying "STRICTLY NO KIDS" not very professional i must say!!

Have been here a number of times but won't go back. Very expensive for what it is. Staff seem to be employed because they are South African, not because they are good! And good they are not. Avoid this place.

A restaurant really, not a pub. Modern, comfortable interior, log fire, garden, good food imaginatively presented but pricey. No children under 14 even in garden. Not good if you have kids but great if don't!

Nice but a bit "airfix arms"
now unfortunatly. Expensive as well, even for Regate

Hugely expensive, stripped of all its character, bland beer choices, over priced, too bright and really pricey. Not the sort of place we wanted back. Carry on up the road to The Skim!

VERY expensive (even by Reigate standards).

What a disaster & waste of
£500k! The menu is far too expensive for an out of town pub, no kids under
14 (even in the garden!!!!) and about as much character as an IKEA showroom.
Oh & a landlord that shouts & swears at his staff in front of customers.
DISASTER!

Hardly think its returned to a
traditional english pub! All the character has been knocked out of the place,
no kids allowed on premisis unless your eating, an average meal for 2 is going
to cost you around £80...Not good!
